When it comes to getting in the best shape of your life, there are 3 things you can't neglect. Those 3 things are REST , RECOVERY , and STIMULATION ! When you really break down what it takes to get that body you always wanted, the formula is actually quite simple. Last but not least, and maybe the most important is rest. By rest I mean sleep! Good quality sleep that will allow your muscles to grow and be ready for the next intense workout. Although we could go into much greater detail about the 3, each one is important in its own way and comprise the full aspect of getting to where you want to be.
