Let's talk nutrition! At the end of the day in order to lose, maintain, or gain weight, it all comes down to calories in vs calories out. Simply put, if you want to lose weight then eat fewer calories than your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) and if you want to gain weight then eat more than your TDEE.
